"Easy to shop on the site and app"
I’ve ordered from NET-A-PORTER.COM a few times now, and there’s just something about it that makes shopping feel easy. The website and app are both simple to use, the filters actually help, and checkout doesn’t take forever. I also like that the product photos are clear, so you get a good idea of what you’re buying. My orders have arrived on time and were packed really nicely. I had to return something once too, and that was straightforward. No real complaints from me, I’ll definitely keep using it.

"Really nice packaging, surprisingly"
I ordered from NET-A-PORTER.COM and I’ll admit, I’m usually skeptical of all the “luxury experience” type wording companies throw around. Half the time it’s just fancy marketing talk. But the packaging was actually lovely. It came in a clean black box, everything was wrapped neatly, and nothing was damaged or thrown in messily. It felt nice to open without being over the top. I know it’s a small thing, but it did make the order feel a bit more special.

The prices were better than I expected — especially for designer items. The sale section is actually worth browsing, which surprised me a bit. My order showed up quickly too, so... yeah, no complaints here.

"Always shows up when promised"
I’ve ordered from Net-a-Porter a few times now delivery has been spot on every time. The tracking is easy to follow, and my parcels always arrive on the day they say they will. I haven’t had anything turn up late or go missing, which is a big reason I keep coming back. If that ever changed, I’d probably start looking elsewhere, but for now they’ve been super reliable for me.

"Return process dragged on way too long"
I returned my order and the refund took much longer than I expected. I get that things can take a little time, but there should be clearer updates and some accountability when customers are waiting on their money. The whole process felt slower than it needed to be.
